Here is our warranty process in 10 points:
1.You can return items within 7 days after delivery. Contact us and we are always here to serve you.
2.If your product arrives damaged or broken, please help us by sending clear photos with good lighting of the defect for each affected item, including the item’s packaging and the delivery box
3.All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unopened, uninstalled, unwashed, with all tags clearly attached with any related accessories that were included. Product returns that are soiled, have been altered in any way or do not conform to the above will not be accepted.
4.If buyer has chosen the wrong size/color or doesn’t like the item (item is not faulty), we can allow return. Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred on returned/exchanged products.
5.Despite our strict QC procedure in exceptional cases, things happen… Please understand that handicrafts are unique and unlike machine and mass-produced products they vary in size, colour and no two items are the same. This is the beauty of the craft. Please allow 10% size variation on all handicraft products. The colour of silk on the website and in reality are always slightly different. This is due to nature of light , limitations of photography, background etc.
If you still believe that the item you have received is incorrect or if our size and or colour is wrong, please kindly follow the steps.
– Please send us photos with good lighting of the item and packaging and labels.
– For size issue, please place the item or garment on the floor; take a tape measure to measure the exact length (without tassel and metal frame). Once we confirm, we will dispatch an alternative product or offer refund you. The item’s size will be considered wrong if the size difference between the item you have received and the measurement indicated on the size and shape guide section of our website differ by more than 10%. The item colour will be considered wrong only if we have shipped a wrong colour and not if the shade or pattern is perceived to be different by you.
6.If you wish to cancel an order after it has been shipped out, please wait until it arrives. Contact us first so we can provide you with a return address. Sign for the parcel when you receive it and then return it unopened to the address we have provided. We will arrange refund in that case. Refunds will be subject to handling fees and all any charges incurred like shipping etc. will be deducted
7.Once we mutually agree to returns and refunds, we will advice you the best return address and shipping method. Your refunds will be processed as soon as we receive the goods back at the nominated address
8. Please do not send back your item(s) until we reply back to you with the appropriate address – this is not the same one displayed on your parcel.
9.Please fill out any customs documents with the following description and declaration: “Product Return to seller – $0 value”.

– All refunds will be made by similar payment methods as used by you during the ordering process
– Products under the following categories are not covered by the warranty and cannot be exchanged or refunded: “Sale” and any discounted items.
– All return shipping fees involved in the warranty are customer’s responsibility and cannot be reimbursed
– If the item is not faulty and you just do not want it anymore, let us know we will allow you return. As long as the item is sent back unused with all original tags, packaging, we will refund you or exchange it.
-Ethical Existence may split some orders at our discretion to ensure a faster delivery if some items come from a different locations. If an item is unfortunately missing in your order, please contact us; we will fix it for you. Please note this case is unlikely to happen.
– Please always mention your order number before you return your item(s). We cannot accept any return without a corresponding order number and agreement to return consent.
